Dr. Camile L. Chiasson, Optometrist, founded Chiasson Eyecare Center in 1981. Dr. Chiasson is a graduate of Thibodaux High School, Loyola University, and Southern College of Optometry.

The goal of Chiasson Eye Care Center has been to offer a complete range of services in treatment of all patients. To serve this need, Chiasson Eye Care Center has two office locations, one in Thibodaux and the other in Raceland. Both offices encompass three thousand square feet with state-of-the art pre-testing areas and fully equipped exam rooms.
